Some people asked about our accommodations, so here are some pics.  This is the front of the Bungalow we're renting.

Marc sold the orange & yellow Kayaks and bought these new clear ones. Come try 'em out!
The inside, and with central A/C.  Yeah!
Our view from the house to the ocean just over the town of West End.  It's very convenient to walk down and get great seafood--about $7.50 for a large serving.

Below is the same view after Hurricane Wilma with lots of the foliage cleared out.
Time to start with some humor... this is brain coral, not a picture of my (Clint's) massive brain. :)

NEW:
On his way  to do some laundry downstairs, Clint whacked his forehead on a low beam and one of his newly repaired front teeth (veneers from a past hockey incident) fell out. Marc's response: "Oh man, that's too bad about your tooth. What about your head, what about your massive brain?" :) ... It's been repaired, sort of, by the way. A Spanish-only-speaking dentist.
Jacob always  has to go rest when we Snuba dive. He's fairly content just hanging out on the raft while we are below.
Jenny and Andrew snuba diving
Swimming near our house
Above, the boys are standing just down the bungalow's stairs, on the edge of a water lily pond, where those really loud "goose-goat" frogs live.
Our little kitchen ...

And even littler bathroom!
This little cemetery is right next door to us. Hardly noticeable with all the growth around it, though. Almost all "hand-written" tombstones (scraped into wet concrete).
This is the nicest grocery store in West End (our town). Eggs are piled up on stacked cartons just inside the far right window. Hmm, fresh, warm eggs.  (The ocean's behind me again.)
Jacob always  has to go rest when we Snuba dive. He's fairly content just hanging out on the raft while we are below.
The infamous goose-goat frog. (Jenny's name for it.) Harmless, annoying little thing.
Andrew:
Our long-haired, blonde, hippie, island boy.

Jacob:
Yikes! What did Daddy buy from the fruit man? ... We're still not sure of the name, but the taste was a cross between water chestnut and pear with an almond looking nut in the heart.
Ivis with the boys. Ivis' souvenir shop is just down from us on West End's main road. I'm standing in the sand road to get the picture; behind me is the ocean.

(Mama, this is who we bargained with to make you the island pants.)
The new phonebooth ... We found a wireless connection 50 steps down from our house. We can do VoIP calls, on a clear day, of course.
Getting ice cream with friends Molly (7) and Jason (6) just down from our bungalow in West End. Notice Jason's rubber boots, perfect for all the recent rain.
After Hurricane Wilma. The beach-road of West End with debris from demolished docks, a tree down by our house, and fallen banana clusters everywhere.
Jenny making eggs and pancakes for the Saturday morning crew of boys.
Four of the Saturday crew: Yaco (aka Jacob), Eder, Andi (or Andrew) and Danis.
This is us after church at the Parrot Tree Plantation,  probably the most upscale area in Roatan
This is us at the international worship service.  it occurs the first of every month and is led by Greg and Angela Ruark of West End Ministry.  We regularly attend the Sunday service at the Sonrise Motel led by Chuck and Tia who provide water purifications systems and run a clinic there through a lady known island wide as Miss Peggy.
This is a Monkey La La.  Since we first came to the island I have been trying to catch one on camera running.  They run on their back legs and are really fast.  I managed to get this picture when it was on our front porch.
The boys spent the night with some friends so we went on an early morning shore dive.  ... Aaron, you need to get a passport!

Jenny is about 40 feet deep and I took the shot from 25 feet deep.
The boys walking around West End just after a rain.
Jacob getting a ride with Will at Gumbalimba Park.
Catching a water taxi from West End (where we live) to West Bay (where Clint works)
This is beside our house, in a downpour, where the boys love to go play and climb. Also where they pick limes (or Jacob's limeade berries).
Enjoying chicken burrito and salad on a kayak out in the ocean while taking a break from snorkeling? What? ... Yep.
Enjoying some fresh squeezed limeade. Still in a downpour.
